Customer service and breakfast needs improvement.

The breakfast closed extra early or 2nd day there. The reason for staying at a location that had full breakfast. So we had cold continental food. The trays needed to help carry food to your room was in an unmarked drawer instead of out in plain sight. Late shift clerk could have been more enthusiastic instead of giving off the do not bother me vibe. Clean hotel.

The room was decent but carpets in rooms and hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. You have to pay to park your vehicle to stay at the hotel and parking should be free to hotel guests. I didn’t like that.

The front desk person was rude, unfriendly and actually hung up on us when we called about the temp. in our room. The room was 63 degrees and the thermostat was broken. After several long waits after phone calls they brought up a space heater. The whole room was in need of updating. Needed new thermostat, new bathroom fixtures. [leaky and loose]
