I booked a single king bed 2 hours before I got there and the room wasn't available. I was put in a double room without heat. I was given a space heater that I thought was unsafe. I was told they would give me another room the next day in which they did. I checked the heat and thought everything was ok so left the hotel to start my day. I returned to the hotel around 7:30 that evening to find that the television didn't work. I was told that they didn't have any more rooms available. I asked for a refund for the second night and they refused to give me one. I was given the manager's number and was told to call her the next day so I left the hotel and got another room. I've been trying to contact the manager with no success .The staff was very unprofessional. I think there was something personal. They wouldn't connect me to the manager every time I tried to call.

I was great! The weather was bad one of the evenings but front desk was supportive and reassuring! Awesome stay!! We stayed there for a cheer comp at GCC super close 3 min drive.

There was no power in this entire facility. We were never able to check in to this hotel and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. Please refund this stay since we never were able to receive a room key and left your property
