Room was very clean, housekeeping staff very nice, front desk staff a pleasure to deal with great customer service. Breakfast had a variety for non meat eater- and no pork eaters which was great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review – Holiday Inn Atlanta – Buckhead I must give Holiday Inn Atlanta – Buckhead a five-star review for their kindness, understanding, and genuine hospitality. We had just taken an overnight flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta, landing around 6:00 a.m. Exhausted, we came to the front desk with little expectation, simply hoping to ask whether early check-in might be possible. Although we arrived far earlier than the standard check-in time, the Operations Manager, Ms. Tee Carter, welcomed us warmly. She kindly explained that it was still too early, but invited us to enjoy breakfast while waiting, and assured us that she would arrange check-in as soon as a room became available after another guest checked out. Outside, the cold wind was blowing and fallen leaves covered the ground, making the morning feel especially bleak. Inside, however, Ms. Tee’s warmth and the hotel’s hot breakfast made us feel genuinely comforted and cared for. Her thoughtfulness turned an exhausting morning into a truly memorable and heartwarming experience. I sincerely hope anyone reading this review will choose to stay here, experience the kindness shared by the staff, and help pass that goodwill along.

I was so glad to see a Udi's Gluten free blueberry muffin for breakfast. Not many places ever have options for me. It's just a muffin but it is the world to someone who has restrictions.

Had a problem with my key card the whole 2 days I was there. Could not get back in once the doors was locked and the front desk attendant was very rude. I called her from the phone and explain to her my key card was not working . First of all it took her a minute to come to the phone assume she was asleep because u could tell by looking at her face. Once in I asked her if I could have 2 cards. She didn't say anything she made a jester and gave me 2 new cards and then said not in a friendly voice she said put the old one in the box. The next day the same thing happened to me with my key cards. Then I asked for a late check I enformer the attendant that I was a Hilton member I thought members get a late checkout at like 2:00 like a 2 hour late check out if they ask for it well she only gave me an hour for late check out. I think that I should be given 2 free days to use when need since my 2 days there was very pleasant. Then on the deposit that should have gone back to my banking account they were trying to charge me $100 instead of processing it back to my account I just happened to look at my account on 12 1 and so where they were trying to charge me $100 I called customer service and they saw it I said I checked out on the 27th I'm not even there at the hotel and they trying to charge me like I was there on the 12/1/2025 $100. The CSR said the hotel would contact me with 12-48 hours No one every called me.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff was friendly. However, the room, decor, and bathrooms could use some renovation. Carpet was old and just felt dirty. Overall the whole place could use a major remodel.
