The room had holes in the wall. The ceiling had water and mold stains and was cracked from previous water damage and patching. Tried two different rooms. Both had same problems. I checked out and left. Checked into Hyatt House Perimeter. There is no way I could have stayed at Home 2 suites under those conditions. The environment of the room was very unhealthy and unsanitary. It was okay, good for a one night stand. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and professional – check in went smoothly. However, three small pillows in the center of a king size bed was not what I expected as well as the large tattered pull down shade. When I turned off all the lights it seemed as if I left a 40 watt bulb on somewhere.

Very good extended stay hotel. Clean well appointed rooms, well staffed and appointed. The location is walking distance to stores, restaurants and transit. I could not have had a better place to stay at a trying time for me personally.
