1st room given had a very strong mildew smell of which was giving me a headache.. did request another room that they did give us, but the rooms were so old, it needed a few repairs. They did come and repair it .. curtains did not close properly stains on carpet, dirty refrigerator, and mixed matched chairs( one room chair & one office chair was set at the table) do not recommend even for the price. Also, any nightly reception offered is only on Wednesdays.

Hotel looks nice but my room was never cleaned. There were pink stains on bedsheets, kitchenette was filthy. Although I complained, the room was not cleaned. Dining staff complained that I was taking too many paper plates. She said there wouldn't be enough paper plates for other guests (I had 3 plates to put food on, 3 plates to cover the food to carry back to my room for me and my family). Please note, this was not on the weekend and there weren't many guests at the hotel. If you don't want people to use paper plates, don't put them out. They had plenty other dishes/dinnerware so why was there an issue with the paper plates???

I have stayed at this location a few times, staff is always helpful, rooms clean. Hotels.com now sync's with Hilton app. This location doesnt have digital key check in but I guess its coming.

Room was dirty and had to switch rooms as soon as we arrived. Second room was a little more decent, but the refrigerator did not work in either room. Staircase had smashed oranges and beer cans all throughout it. Parking garage ground was gross with cigarette butts and trash everywhere . Asked for towels 2 nights in a row and were told they were out. Breakfast was very disappointing as well, the eggs and pork were cold every day. The gym had good equipment . Would not stay here again though

The staff was not too friendly. Well, the lady working at the front desk upon checking in what’s very rude. I would not recommend unless you’re homeless and need somewhere to stay, but if you’re going expecting to relax, that’s not the place.
