The room was nice. We brought our family for a convention because it was close to the world congress center. Getting to the hotel wasn’t hard but it’s $56 for parking on the parking garage without in & our privileges and $55 for valet with in & our privileges - we just didn’t know before hand. As we got into the hotel there was a great effort to mask the intense pot smell throughout the hotel. It wasn’t a bad stay, but just didn’t meet our needs as a family. The rooms were clean, nice & updated and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, so no real shot to the hotel. It just wasn’t our ideal environment.

We stayed in a King Bedroom and it was wonderful. The texting interface with staff was so very helpful. We were able to get a mini fridge delivered to our room. Our bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. The TV has a good amount of channels and the WiFi is really fast. Parking is $55 a night for valet, but it was really helpful and made it so much easier than having to self park. The area is pretty central to downtown, we were going to the State Farm Arena and the GA Aquarium and the walk is only 15 mins but the Lime Scooters are all over and it was only $4 for a ride from the hotel there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown ATL.

The staff was very nice, and attentive. Our only issue was no one ever came to our room to come and take out trash, make beds, or even clean up. We had to ask for someone to take out the trash. Disappointing for a prestigious hotel.
