Very clean, kudos to housekeeping. Party atmosphere in lobby weekend nights. We couldn’t hear it from our room on the 16th floor, but our neighbors got back to room after midnight and had the tv on for several hours.

The 1st night the shower was cold, and then the 2nd a d 3rd night the water did not work. To top it off the pool was closed too! Also, they do not have a microwave anywhere that you can use to warm up coffee or food. When i mentioned these things at the desk theh did not offer any compensation for the 4 night/5day stay. The Hilton customer service has definitely declined over the years.

This is a great hotel. Like most areas in most big North American cities the area is afflicted with too many homeless people and smells and signs of drugs. Also $69 to park, and no warning when you book. Very hard to believe under any metric this isn’t a $45 markup. That’s called gouging. The hotel itself is awesome, clean and very chic, well-decorated. Would stay again.

Nice location and nice hotel. Mandatory valet parking somewhat annoying wait time even when called ahead for car retrieval and additional expense per night that was somewhat a surprise and pricey.
