The room was in okay condition. Television didn’t work properly the whole time we were there but the two technician guys were very professional. We had to ask for toilet paper 3 times before anybody got us some and even that took hours. Would insta here again? Probably not but it’s a great location. Also, $75/day for parking is ABSURD!!!!! They also don’t like to answer the front desk if you call

I was racially discriminated against while trying to check in. The hotel said they had rooms available online, but once I arrived the receptionist said they were sold out. I arrived at the hotel within fifteen minutes of my confirmation. I told the receptionist to cancel my room and he said "no problem". "Just cancel it on your end and the hotel would not dispute the cancelation on their end". I canceled the room through Expedia and guess what? The Starling refused to cancel the room even though i never checked in.

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location for our purposes — meeting friends who lived nearby. Very walkable and good restaurants all around. Breakfast was not good and over priced. The eggs seem like they were instant. Grits had no butter and were clumpy. The massages were overpriced and because they were late starting, we only got 45 minutes of our 50 minute massages. Rooms are small and just okay.

Great service, ambiance, and location. Keep in mind that you can access Colony Square from the hotel's 2nd floor. We learned this our 2nd night here. Location is close to Piedmont Park and Botanical Gardens. Colony Square is a go to for eateries! The hotel has a fabulous breakfast buffet and the breakfast area is gorgeous with soft R&B music added to the atmosphere. The breakfast is well worth the room upgrade. Get the breakfast option! There's also the Marta stop across from hotel plus rides hare options.

My stay at this property was a 8/10 the hotel rooms can be updated a little more and parking is expensive the hotels charges you $75 per night and self parking is $60 per night! I loved the fact that there was so many food options I loved the food hall within the hotel and the decor and lobby areas was really nice! I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s in a good location!

Room was great. Nice shower & all clean. Room service food was shockingly delicious. Phone in room didn’t work. They offered to fix but I declined. There was a constant beeping on my floor & they had it fixed within an hour of calling. I was surprised to find out they didn’t have a microwave for people to use & they said they could send one up to our room but it never came. Parking here is ridiculous. Only valet $69 a day.

It was ok issue with check-in as usual. Had to be switched to three rooms due to reserved room not being ready then the 2 nd room was dirty. After 30 min they gave another room so other than that stayed ok I was fair didn’t give a 1star because other than the check-in it was a nice stay
