Only odd issue was the billing…. Being charged 1674 at check in and then 588 3rd day was odd. my bill was 1555 total.. Both charges are still pending. The manager was kind and explained but, it still didn’t make sense. I have never been charged that way

The property was convenient for the attractions like aquarium and museum. We had booked for three nights the space inside was sufficient for us as we were mostly outdoors..best is the breakfast served in the morning ..dont have to go about searching for dining areas with kids..we didnt get any time to use pool nor work out area..nor did we have any glitches during the stay ..also it provides free parking which is harder to find around this area..

I am giving this a 3-star because I had someone knock on my door at 2:47 AM only to realize it was a pizza delivery person putting flyers underneath our doors. Very alarming feeling and I could not go back to sleep. I was only there for two days, but it made my stay very shaky. It even spooked my kids and they were up all night as well. I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel or recommending it. Although the front desk that staff were very polite and the breakfast was amazing and better than any other breakfast I’ve ever had.
