This is the best hotel to stay at while visiting Atlanta. Its in the best location, and the service and staff is just superior. I love this hotel!! Thank you Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park for making my stay so great.!

The main issue was that the hotel did not receive my prepaid Expedia reservation in their system. Even though I had a confirmed itinerary and payment was processed, the front desk could not find the booking. They also stated they do not accept Apple Pay, which was the payment method Expedia used. As a result, my traveler was denied check-in and had to pay again at a much much higher rate. The problem was not with the room or hotel staff, but with the reservation not being properly transmitted from Expedia to the property.

Parking is $60 per day its put on your card when checking in. My first and last time. It was a surprise $60 a night is a bit much. And it was valet parking only. I can park my own car but you were not allowed to.

The lights in our room didn’t work and we called to tell them and no one ever came to fix them. We were also not told ahead of time about the only option for parking was valet for $60 per car (for one night stay)
