I have being staying at this location every week for the past 5 months due to work. I’m charged a $50 or sometimes $100 incidental deposit. Every time I go I never know which it will be! The other day at check in I was told I wasn’t allowed to check in on the tap pay because I needed the physical card. I explained to the man, I have been coming the past five months and this hasn’t been an issue. He then said “well I haven’t seen you and you need a physical card”. First of all seeing me or not doesn’t change the fact that this policy is inconveniently being followed. I proceeded to tell him I did not have one, because it was in the mail on its way to me. He then cancelled the check in and said “then we won’t be checking you in”. I understand policies and procedures. What I don’t understand is rude delivery, especially to someone who’s been staying for the last five months. I will no longer be staying here and will make sure my company knows not to use this place. In five months I’ve had fantastic service. It took one experience with a rude, power hungry employee to change that. I’d highly recommend undercover check ins to check on your night employees.

Shower was wonderful and beds very comfortable , enjoyed large and easy to use TV. Room clean. Didn’t like transparent window shade that allowed bright night lights of neighboring mall parking lot to flood the room all night. Never dark! Parking was very confusing And $20 extra to park in malls free lot ? What?
Great location, easy to locate. I needed it because I had an early surgery time (7 am) nearby.

The service is okay, one employee had outstanding service. The housekeeping situation was a little confusing because they don’t clean the room or change the sheets while you’re there. The rooms are amazing and clean though.
