Good hotel and great location.

The hotel and room were very clean and nice. Very friendly and helpful staff! My only complaint is how noisy it was late at night. Not actually inside the hotel but the loud people and chaos right outside of the hotel that could be heard from inside the hotel room.

I would like to contact Hyatt about my recent stay. We had issues checking in and staff was very unknowledgeable. Our tv didn’t work at first and our toilet stopped working. They sent someone to fix both but we continued to have issues out of toilet. Then Sunday night our hot water went out and we had to take cold showers that night and morning. Very unpleasant stay. 0/10 recommend.

Not bad at all

The bedcovers and sheets are starting to show wear, but everything else was well maintained. Breakfast was basic, but got and plentiful. I never did figure out which hours I needed to use the room key to get the elevator to work, that seems to change daily. I thought they had parking, but it's run by someone else and you pay the parking lot.
