For a brand like Hyatt to place very cheap, tasteless, unknown K-Cup coffee pods in room was as surprising as would be Starbucks at a Motel 6. Having no coffee service in lobby before 7:00 am was also demeaning to the brand expectations.

We only did an overnight stay. Everything was good. Room and property was clean. It’s literally right next to the mall with restaurants. I would have appreciated more options for hotel breakfast but it was good enough for complimentary breakfast.
