Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great! We went down at 8:30 and food was fresh, well stocked, good selection. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel felt safe with the additional card access security features

The elevator didn’t work and my grandmother had to walk the steps because we were waiting for over 15 minutes. We had to do that 3 or 4 times. Also the outlet for coffee wasn’t working. So my grandma couldn’t drink coffee and since the elevator wasn’t working she didn’t want to walk the steps. This was unacceptable.
