4 star hotel with a 2-3 star feel. The first suite I got the lamp didn’t work and the remote was missing, the couch had stains. They let me move to another room and the same issue with the couch. I was also charged for $30 for something I was never informed about or received an invoice for.

I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle; however, I ended up taking an Uber from the airport because the incompetent staff couldn’t explain where the pickup location was. It was midnight, I was tired and they kept saying, “ask someone at the airport.” It’s midnight! The airport isn’t fully staffed. It was frustrating and very unnecessary. I travel often and most airport hotels have clear instructions on where their shuttle picks up guests. Needless to say, I won’t be staying there again.

Check in took over an hour. Line kept getting longer with canceled flights. Kept answering phones and just let line wait. Was like didn't know how to handle the long lines. No soap near sink had to take out of shower.
