From the website, to the rating, and the price of the stay, I expected this hotel to be at least "above average". Definitely not the case. This hotel should have a rating of 5 to 6 out of 10. Not a 9.2 rating. I will say that the staff was very nice.

Well for starters, the room is very small, the pillows in my room had a must smell to them and were never replaced. There rooftop lounge had a party that you could hear in my room and I was two floors below. Housekeeping took forever. The toilet paper holder was broken in my room. The TV would not change channels. It was just an unsatisfactory situation.especially since I could not get any sleep Saturday evening due to the rooftop party loud music.

My room was not ready when I arrived I had to sit in lobby for 3 hours after a flight that was horrible I didn’t get situated into a room until almost 10 that was a day I paid for a room for basically nothing
