Staff from valet to reception to the restaurant amd clearing were EXCEPTIONAL!!! I'm a stickler for.customer service and everyone there delivered. The rooms were cleaned daily without request. The.food.was hot amd well seasoned. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I was there for a short time and I will be back.

This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at. We were immediately greeted with kindness and felt so welcomed. The valet service was the best we’ve ever encountered with a hotel. Our room was extremely clean, very large, and quiet. We felt well rested, at ease, and taken care of. The location was great, the food was delicious at the hotel restaurant, and if you do want to take the public transit train - it is right around the corner. Very thankful for our experience here.

Good stay. The room and hotel was very nice. Only thing I didn’t care much for is the food at the restaurant was not good in my opinion and there was blood inside of the hotel robe in my room. Despite that the staff replaced the robe immediately and everyone was pleasant.

The location is excellent, practically adjacent to the Art Museum. The staff is very courteous. The panoramic view of my room was awesome! This boutique hotel makes you feel like you are in tour own world but then step out into the sophistication of the city. I give it a 10 our of 10!
