The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. lock doors and any windows if opened. Turn off all lights both inside and out (rooftop and garage level). 2. Turn all the thermostats to auto, cool, and 75.
3. Remove trash from inside. place in green trash bins on garage level. All garbage must be bagged. 4. Place furniture or items in room that were was moved back to the original location.
5. Place dirty dishesin dishwasher, add dishwasher detergent provided under the sink and press start before leaving. 6. Place used towels/washcloths in the bathtub/shower. Don’t worry about the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Spectacular Birthday Stay

Firstly, this location is BEAUTIFUL, and the amenities are incredible. Location-wise it's perfectly interconnected to great parts of the city and easy to find. Parking for more than one or two vehicles can be difficult, but that's pretty much the standard for Atlanta.

Awesome Stay @ the "Kingdom"

Our Stay was awesome @ the Kingdom. Everything in the listing is true . The amenities are really off the chart and super plus the owner was very nice and help . The place is a 10 out 10 the roof top patio was great place to wind down after The Rolling Stones Concert -- Thanks Hal

Wonderful night for my daughter’s 18th birthday

This home was the perfect choice for my daughter’s 18th birthday party. She and her friends had so much fun playing murder mystery games and hide-n-seek. I was able to use the chef’s kitchen to cook dinner and set the large dining table. The kids hung out on the roof top where we sang happy birthday and ate cupcakes. We all had a great time! I would definitely stay here again. Home was very nice but we noticed it was really dusty so they might need to change air filter.
