Donald and the other lady were phenomenal. Customer service means everything to me and they went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was good too.

The check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. They had an issue with their card reader and insisted it was my fault and that I “obviously didn’t have the money”. I will never stay at this particular hotel again or this chain. Very rude and unhelpful.
