This hotel is not in a good area. The parking is scary late at night. Had to park way down back and walk in the rain up a driveway all the way around to the front since there was no back entrance door working back by the pool. They probably keep locked at night for the area they are in. The elevator is filthy and smells. The room was a place to get a few hours sleep but nothing I would want to hang around in. I am glad that I only had to stay a few hours vs some hotels I book and stay for days. I would have changed my hotel if it had been a longer stay.

Terrible. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation. Noisy even at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty, the air smelled bad, and everything was damp. some furniture was broken, and the carpet was worn and dirty. It was difficult to understand and communicate with the person at the front desk. I definitely don't recommend it. Didn't have breakfast cause left the same moment of arrival. On the other hand, I should mention that i was charged for the room because the reservation cancellation option was no longer active when I arrived. I called the contact center to file a claim and request a refund, but they never answered, so i was charged for the night for a NON STAY!! Bad service in the OVERALL!! i believe that in those cases i should have a way to reverse the transaction with the hotel. Finally, there is no way to set a formal complaint at the time you are about to check in. I think it should a better update of the hotels listings.
