Dirty room. And card key that doesnt work

My stay was poor, first, they charge you 150 dollars for security fee along with the fee that you thought you had to pay. Also there is a sign that says they do not accept cash, chime. Paypal. Then when I arrived to my room, I couldnt open the door, my card key did not work. I told the guy at the front desk and he said it does not work around electronics, he gave me another key card and it still took along time to open the door, I even moved my cellphone out of the way and it still I had problems opening the door. Even my cousin who was with me had a hard time opening the door. I told the guy again that it wasnt working. He became rude and disrespectful. He made a comment saying "do you hear the words coming out of my mouth." Also the maid did not come into my room at all to clean, make up the bed or empty out the trash. Ive stayed at the LaQuinta in California, my stay was much better than the LaQuinta in Geoegia. Also I found a toothbrush that was left from previous guest. That"s how you can tell maid service do not make sure the room is completely clean

The front desk staff was completely rude and disrespectful the room had roaches in it no one wanted to accommodate us by changing the room had to move to a whole different hotel in the middle of the night and room was half cleaned

Good but…

Staff was nice. The rooms were not ready at check in time which it was very inconvenient since I had to be at a place at 4 and my room was not available when the check in was at 3pm. The hotel overall looks good but need deep cleaning in the rooms. The room was very comfortable.

The staff at front desk are excellent and extremely courteous. The room was great with the exception of cleaning. Was not told that the beds are not made up daily nor is the room clean cleaned but once every 3days which is unacceptable at $89 per day. My room was eventually cleaned on day 4 only after having called front desk 3 times. I gave 4 stars only because the front desk staff were all so friendly and professional. They NEED to make changes surrounding their cleaning policy. It is not acceptable to have dirty toilets and sinks with garbage piling up in your room for 3 days, and as I said, the only reason it was cleaned was because I insisted.

Amazing stay

My first time making my own hotel reservation, and had no idea how to go about it. They were friendly and walked me through it. The room was clean, comfortable and the tv was accessible with closed captio s (a huge deal for me since I'm deaf but love my true crime).
