Clean and comfortable. Close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs. Internet was fast. Overall a cozy little place.

Birthday/Football bowl gamte stay

The property was newly renovated (outstanding) and well decorated. The weather was too cold to utilize the exterior amenities. The owner met me at the location exactly at the check-in time. The owner will communicate throughout the visit if assistance is needed. I am a very detailed individual, and have no valid complaints. I only wonder why no shoes on the upstairs carpet is SUCH a priority. I will definitely consider staying here again.

The house looks really good inside with all of the modern appliances. Our stay was good overall and the host communicates within minutes, however I do have a few complaints, the floor need to be cleaned especially if guest are told to take shoes off on carpeted areas, the carpet needed to be vacuumed because all guests are charged a cleaning fee. All guest need to know tissue, paper towels, and trash bags are needed during their stay. At least one full roll of paper towel and one full roll of tissue per bathroom should be provided because those are some of things that were provided in other VRBOs that I have rented. If people are allergic to dogs they need to know about the dog hair throughout the house and especially on the area carpet by the bed in the master bedroom. When I sat down on it with black pants on, I had a lot on my pants. The issues that I experienced are minor and are quick and easy fixes.

The Best Stay Ever!!!

The rating are rated from 1 to 5 but I rated this place a 10. Cute, clean, classy and cozy. Our stay was awesome, this place was the perfect size for our family plus more if needed. It was just as seen in the pictures , clean and cozy. There were Bluetooth speakers all throughout the house. Regular size washer and dryer along with any and everything else needed to make you feel at home. We woke up Christmas morning had breakfast and began Christmas dinner while listening to Christmas music. Again it was perfect. The host was perfect and very professional. He checked in with us to make sure all was well and it was. It was a perfect location. It was right around the corner from Tyler Perry studio’s, convenient to downtown Atlanta. Close to everything including shopping for those that enjoy shopping . I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The neighborhood was very clean and quite. Yes I would stay there again. We really enjoyed spending Christmas in this cottage it was like a home away from home. Thank you Fahruk for the opportunity to rent from you. It was better than staying in a hotel. The Best Stay Ever!! We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Oasis Stay

Booked last minute, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. The property was beautiful, just as pictured. The check-in process was simple and host leaving snacks was an additional bonus. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
