The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
NO Pets NO Parties/Events ($1000 non-refundable fine and termination of booking) NO Smoking/Vaping/Hookah ($300 non-refundable fine) Smoking area outside in the back yard.
CLEANING AND FURNITURE: Excessive cleaning required will be billed at $125/hr. Any furniture restoration to the original position will incur a fee of $25 per piece or $100 per room restoration fee.
Guests are liable for any damages to the premises or its contents. Owner and staff are not responsible for guests' contents, lost items, or forgotten packages.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
