Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the grill, allow it to cool completely, clean the grates, turn off the propane, and replace the grill cover before departing.
Set the Nest thermostat to 73°F before leaving. Please also close and lock the screened porch door and exterior screen door before you depart.
