The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please remove towels & place in a pile. Place dishes in dish washer & any big pieces of trash, please place in the green bin on the side of the home.
Please also be sure to do a double check to make sure you have all of your personal items like chargers, vapes, lighters, jewelry etc.
Once done, just leave the white door unlocked and the keys in same place you initially received them!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was super quick with responses. Check in was smooth. The neighborhood is so quiet and quaint. I met one of the nicest neighbors! She gave me a rundown of the history of the neighborhood. This was definitely the highlight of my stay!

The host was very nice, accommodating, and personable! She responded to questions quickly. We weren’t too far from restaurants in downtown. The place was clean. The room in the back was hot upon arrival and took a while to cool down. The host happily brought fans to help since her mechanic wasn’t in town. Overall, we had a great stay and felt comfortable!

Wonderful Place To Stay

The house was just like the pictures and better than we could have hoped for. Each of the beds were comfortable and the house was impressively stocked. We also each enjoyed the relaxing bench swing that was on the porch for some of the days we were there.There were some things that tripped us up, in the literal sense. The house has parts that are not on the same level as other parts, it's most noticeable as you try to go into different rooms. If you have a clumsy build like I do, I'd advise to be careful and tread slower than you normally do when walking around.The house was also stocked with loads of food goods as in condiments and seasonings, which surprised us as a feature. Not too many places provide that. Though if you decide to try to use them, just make sure you look at the dates that are on them. A good bit had a best by date of one of even two years ago.Despite me mentioning these things, these are not enough to detract from the rating at all. We all enjoyed our stay for the 5 nights we were there. The house was very close to stores and various fast food places in case we did not want to buy too many things at the store. And the host was available for all the days we were there about the questions we had about some things in the house.We would all definitely stay again if this house was available around the time of another convention.

Amazing

Me and my family stayed at this lovely home for two nights. It's conveniently located to multiple stores. The pictures don't even do the home justice! It's so beautiful and the owner made sure we felt taken care of! We will definitely love to book again!!!!
