1) Please gather all your trash and take it to the bin outside of the fence. If it is full, leave INSIDE the house by the door or kitchen trash. 2) Please leave all used/wet towels
…on the floors of the bathroom. 3) Turn off all lights and bring the centeral AC thermostat to 76 F. If there are any portable window units or fans, please turn them off.
4) Close all windows and lock all doors. 5) Empty refridgerator. 6) Check all shelves/drawers and closets for personal items. We do not ship items back to you if found.

Experience wasn’t bad and it met the intent. However, as they continue to improve their home for future tenants, suggest cutting the grass prior to beginning of stay for guests. Removal of spider webs, in front of entrance makes it more presentable on the outside. Suggest cutting gas so it doesn’t scrape the concrete when opening and closing. Outlets in rooms move during use. Not all remotes worked in rooms and had to utilize another room for usage. Need to replace dirty shower curtains. Otherwise, owner was available, and area didn’t present any issues.
