The concierge and bellman were most helpful and attentive to our needs and Sheryl (concierge) even sent gifts up to our room which was totally unexpected and the staff at the buffet breakfast restaurant also sent fruit up to our room. Great stay at the Omni Atlanta Hotel

Stayed for 6 nights in May 2025. Spacious and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping sent me messages when they couldn't clean the room when I had the do not disturb on to arrange an alternate time for cleaning as well. One suggestion would be to have brighter lighting in the bathrooms and also better sign posting to come to the upper level check in desk at the South Tower, especially when you get dropped off at the North Tower carpark late in the night 😊
