Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No parties. No pets. No smoking. No disturbing neighbors. Please clean the bathtub if used. Leave all bed linen on sofa. Leave towels on top of the dryer.
Please use garbage disposal lightly. It is not a trash compactor. Discard all food you’ve brought to the house. Please discard used charcoal and fireplace ashes in a trash bag then into trash can.
Please empty the trash. Trash pickup is on Tuesday, Manage trash cans by taking them to the street for trash pickup or returning to the home once complete.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
