With 6 bedrooms plus a massive bunk room, 6.5 baths, and comfortable sleeping for 21, it's built for the reunion, the retreat, the wedding weekend, or the fishing trip everyone talks about for years.

Three separate living rooms and two dining areas mean no one's ever on top of each other. Gather around the gas fireplace, settle in for a movie and video games, or drift out to the large deck overlooking the river. Below it, a shaded patio; off the kitchen, a side patio with the grill fired up and ready.

The Thunder Bay River is slow moving and glassy perfect for lazy paddles and genuinely excellent fishing for bass, pike, and panfish. We provide 8 kayaks, so the whole crew can hit the water at once. Back on shore, gather around the firepit as the sun goes down, or keep the friendly competition going with tetherball and a horseshoe pit.
