Welcome to our charming ranch-style home ideally situated in the heart of Decatur, Georgia, just minutes away from both Downtown Atlanta and Downtown Decatur! This centrally located gem offers the perfect blend of suburban tranquility and vibrant city life. Near East Lake Golf Course, Emory University, Agnes Scott College, East Atlanta Village, coffee shops and restaurants. This home features modern decor and recently renovated kitchen, with a semi-open floor plan. This home offers space for a small family or group of friends looking to explore the great city of Atlanta! The backyard is partially fenced in, it provides a small deck with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or just taking in some fresh evening air. Hypoallergenic pets weighing 20 lbs or less are welcome with prior approval. Please submit an inquiry if you have a small pet. There are some pet supplies available for your use, guests should inspect all pet supplies before allowing their fur baby to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There are also additional kitchen appliances for your use such as toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, Ninja Nutri-Ninja Fit, crockpot, griddle. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the basement (stairs must be used to access basement). Each bedroom offers comfortable beds with plush bedding, TVs in all bedrooms with streaming capability, ample storage space for clothes (closets and dressers in all bedrooms) and luggage. There are two full size bathrooms with a bathtub/shower and fresh towels for your use. There is an extra living room that has a TV with streaming capabilities through Apple TV, small game console, and Bluetooth sound bar for your listening pleasure. The deck is accessible from this room.

This was an absolutely lovely property to stay at. It was clean, pet friendly, easy to find, easy to get to other places from this location and very well equipped. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this by far had the nicest kitchen equipment. The house is beautifully decorated with an artistic flare. It was calm and peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. I will come here when I come back to Decatur.

Natoya is a great host and the property is immaculate , comfortable, and has all you could need. Even a big back yard and per amenities (food bowls, toys, etc . We didn’t bring our dog, but I thought it was a nice touch.Personal favorite of mine was that next to each bed was an outlet to charge every kind of phone. Some places it’s so hard to find an outlet near the bed! Natoya was quick to respond to any questions and pleasant to work with.
