Lobby smelled like weed and was flooded on one side. Room smelled like mold and there was hair in the bed. Never seen a hotel so gross. We immediately asked for our money back and left.

I booked this because of airport travel is included 6:00 am to 11:00 pm per website. Staff would not answer phone to send shuttle. Corporate called them and when I was put on the line they hung up. Fortunately Corporate was still on the line and called again. This hotel would not send me a shuttle after booking and between hours on website. I had to pay a taxi $20.65 to hotel. Room had toilet running when I went in. Entire hotel is very worn and in a state of disrepair and repair. A place to sleep in a bind but nothing more.

The room and overall hotel was filthy. The TV in my room did not work and the hotel clerk said she could not do anything about it. Everything smelled. The floors with filthy with dirt as was the elevator. Sad, sad hotel. How can Wyndham put their name on this dirty hotel?

Room was not clean, bed linens old & frayed, chair was stained and moldy, old towels and brown water out of shower, hotel had an overall musty smell. Agree with prior comment that hotel needs to be totally renovated, as sounds like conditions at hotel have been ongoing for a while now.

The airport shuttle is no longer being offered (although advertised on Expedia and the reason we chose this location). The downstairs is a ghost town with the front desk being the only operational part of what used to be a fully functioning hotel with a dining area and bar. Only one of two elevators is working. The structure of the hotel is obviously a former Ramada, but nothing is to the standard of a hotel by that name. The wallpaper is peeling, the tiles are cracked, and the television offers only grainy local reception. The pool is closed, the hot tub is overgrown with weeds and trash. The gates to the parking lot are leaning and or broken. It looks like the shell of the building and I would be surprised if our floor is the only one operational. Thankfully, the linens seem clean and because we only have to stay here for a few hours before our 6 AM flight, we are going to make it work. But buyer beware especially if you have children or are traveling alone and Expedia should do some follow through before giving this place a three star rating.

Had to change rooms because of cigar smoke residue in the first room. They only have maid service after 3 days of your stay. The towels were made of cardboard or wood , they were hard and rough. No Reception is available 80 percent of the time and it goes to Voice mail only to tell you that the voice mail hasn't been set up yet, so you can't even leave a message.

This hotel staff was so rude. Everytime we stepped into the lobby they were asking us if we were ready to checkout. I tried calling before hand to ask to setup the shuttle service and the lady had an attitude with me

Greetings..(1) The sink drains slowly..(2) the bath tub drained slowly..(3) the toilet was also a slow draining issue….room was acceptable clean & the newly installed elevator was questionable., no breakfast wasn’t an issue since various food sources were close by..

Carpet is very old and dirty. The bead was not done at our arrival so they need to change the room. It seems they went to some flooding issues and still have to do a lot of remodeling / updates. One elevator was out of service. Staff was very helpful . Good note: They have cheaper long term parking.

Upon entry I smelled moisture and what was likely mold. The rooms on the upper levels weren't any better, they had the fan on in the rooms which helped mask the smell, but it was still perceptible to me. There are also clear signs of water damage i.e. bulging ceiling tiles, and on the first room I entered, the side of the wall protruded and the wallpaper had separated. I was kindly given a second room, unfortunately if the issue is mold or moisture in the walls, I didn't expected the room hanger to fix the problem. But the second room also had stained sheets, so I had to sleep on top of the covers on the bottom edge of the bed. Kind and polite staff, but the hotel just needs a LOT of work. The price for the nights stay was terribly inflated for the quality.
