The front lobby was not open during daylight hours. All customers had to go to the night window. The door only opened 1/4 of the way. When the door was closed you could see the outside. The privacy curtains had slits in it so the outside could see in the room. The shower was leaking. When you flushed the toilet the backsplash was so intense it landed in the bathtub. The comforters on the bed where dirty. When we told the front desk we needed to check out and cancel the remainder of our stay she got argumentative and refused to give us any paperwork that stating that we had left after only being there an hour. The experience was horrible.
Roach infested, dirty, dingy. Tree leaves were INSIDE. Dog poop everywhere OUTSIDE. It was noisy and annoying. There were missing channels on the TV. Missing microwave and no fridge. Also no breakfast provided.
When we arrived, they had no room with a king bed, which is what I reserved. When we accepted a double bed we settled in to find the television not working. So we went to the office and they told use to remove our stuff from the room bring the key back and they would give us another room. Which we did and they did. They put us in a room directly behind the one we were in and could have saved us the troble of having to lug our stuff up and down the stairs when it could have been avoided. We got in the room turn ed the heat on and went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing as the heat was NOT working. I Denad a refund.
The room had not been cleaned anytime in the near past. The shower was dirty with hair from the last guest. There was a shirt belonging to the last guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. The commode had not been cleaned. The sink was filthy. The chair in the room had what appeared to be hair cuttings like someone got a trim and didn’t clean any of the hair up. All of the towels appeared to be used and not cleaned. They still had hair embedded in them. I went in and asked for a room but was denied. So when I went to Expedia.com and reserved a room, it was available.
We paid extra for a room with fridge and microwave here’s the catch the room have no running hot water. Wasn’t made aware of this. Went back to the office and was switched to a room with hot water but no fridge or microwave. They didn’t give the money back and it’s full of drug addicts hanging out.
Never even got checked in. Rude lady at desk, the entire lobby smelled of urine. Vile. Hotels.com charged my credit card even though we didn’t stay there. Not happy….
