The room was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly. And the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress on the pull out beds. And have an extra comforter for them. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Put me on the 13th floor and the elevator was broken. Had to climb 13 flights of stairs up and down to leave and carry multiple pieces of luggage down when checking out.

Elevator keys that stopped working, terrible 30 year old pull out couch, bedroom door that would not latch. One garbage can for the entire place, channels would not work on one of the televisions, telephone did not work, and a 16th floor stay where the elevator stopped working on our check out day. It is by far the worst stay I have ever had. I expected better under the Marriott umbrella!

Our room was spotless and had everything that we need. The concierge, Mr William and his crew is super super helpful, we feel like the most important guests that night! The only thing is, we struggled finding the place as the hotel does not have a very recognizable facade, so we missed it a few times. Other than that, we had a great night. Will definitely book it again.
