Take a short stroll to one of Atlanta’s fastest developing projects (the Belt-Line Trail). Take a quick drive to one of Atlanta’s many new attractions, parks, bars or lounges.
The space
This listing is part of a single story cozy duplex. The kitchen is open to the living room area both which have vaulted ceilings. The bathroom has a shower but no bath tub. The entire property has been freshly renovated with all new appliances, k cup coffee dispenser, and Quartz countertops. Home is cozy but doesn’t feel too small. Great for work or relaxation. The rear deck area is shared by both sides of duplex.
