The receptionist was so rude to me when I asked her where was my two bottles of complementary water and she said that they ran out of water that’s why she didn’t give me any water so now I have to sit in my room with no water all night. this is the worst hotel ever I will never stay here again and she hung up the phone when I was still asking her questions

We stay here one weekend a year for dance convention and it’s always the same. The staff is pretty friendly and accommodating, except for the ladies that work the Starbucks cafe. Not super friendly, ever. The beds in the North tower are horrible. I could hardly sleep and when I got up in the morning, it felt like I had bruises on my body because the beds are so incredibly hard and lumpy. Our whole studio complained of this. The one microwave for our use is outdated and very slow at heating. Needed replaced years ago. The only other complaint is the constant smell of marijuana down the most of the halls. Overall, the hotel needs to make some upgrades for the price of the rooms.

I Enjoyed the indoor pool with the plants surrounding it, the room was nice and comfortable The restaurant was a wonderful ambiance overlooking the pool area.I would definitely be there again and I will also recommend this Hotel to anyone who's looking for a amazing place to stay in the area

HOLLYWOOD CONNECTION PLEASE FIND A NEW VENUE.

Shower ceiling height can not comfortably accommodate people taller than 6 feet. Only 1 community microwave, none in the rooms. The fridge was half size of a mini Poor venting rooms pungent unpleasant smell. No restaurant services during lunch hours. No to go options for buffet-charge by weight. Weak AC unit. temperatures in hallways 1,000 degrees at all times.rooms very dated.

First, when we booked the room, we were unaware that the hotel only offered valet parking, which we discovered upon our arrival. Secondly, while check-in was smooth, we experienced a major issue when we used our key and opened our room door—there was a dog, a cat, and other people's belongings in the room. This happened because the hotel assigned the same room to both my family and another family. When we finally got another room, we encountered yet another problem: the air conditioning had a loud ringing noise all night long. We had to turn off the air to get some sleep, which resulted in the room getting uncomfortably hot. Due to these issues, we will never book a room at this hotel again.

Valet people at night are rude with exception of one man with accent. Morning valet crew much more pleasant. Hotel in general was good vibe. I thought room would have microwave. Hotel staff were nice.

Great customer service and all of the staff were amazing! We were stuck in ATL due to weather and the staff at this hotel made it a much better day. I just cant say enough of a Thank You for their kindness and compassion!
