I requested the free shuttle transportation at 11:40pm and front desk told me they would be coming to the airport one more time before they stopped at midnight. I was assured one more round would be completed but they lied. I waited until 12:15am and when I call I was told I didnt listen to instructions properly. I then had to pay out of pocket to get there. This is after my flight was cancelled and I had to quickly book a overnight stay. Staff made this more stressful

We choose this property due to the shuttle service to the airport. Upon arrival at the shuttle airport pickup area and a 5 minute wait we called the hotel to request a shuttle. We waited for 30 minutes and it didn't show. We decided to pay someone to drive us there.

Upon enter the hallway after check-in, the hotel smelt absolutely horrible. There was something by going on every floor as far as an odor.

There were only 2 towels for 4 of us, and we were told that house keeping disnt ahow up at 7am, so the front deak clerk while on speaker phone with a child, hands me 2 hand towels and said sorry

The third floor smell like a wet sour mop. Our toilet ran all night even after you flush the toilet.
