Home features hardwoods floors throughout, ceramic tiling in kitchen, freshly painted inside, renovated kitchen with island and granite counter tops, an extra-large hallway bathroom, and a master bedroom with a large attached bathroom, relaxing side and front decks, sits on .35 acres of land, recently widened and expanded driveway to accommodate up to 4 cars. Security system w/Camera, internet, lawn care once per month, quarterly pest control visits, trash pickup weekly on Monday's, yard waste pickup weekly on Monday's, HVAC Maintenance 2x per yr, and Home Warranty (to cover the cost of repairs to any appliances in the home at the time of lease initiation, including your washer and dryer with a $65 per instance service fee paid directly to either the home warranty company or the approved technician) all included in rent.
