Sprawling Terrace for 4 + full kitchen

This lovely space is one of four listings we manage in our family home. It is a large terrace apartment that includes a living room, pool table, full kitchen, full bath and bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with both a queen and double bed to accommodate up to 4 people and a roll-away bed can be made available for a 5th guest at an extra charge.

Living area equipped with surround sound and xfinity to stream your favorite video and audio apps. Absolutely no parties and no unregistered guests.
The space
Our home is on a large, wooded lot and is not part of a neighborhood. We think you'll enjoy the quiet! We want you to be welcomed in our home but cannot accommodate parties. For the safety of our family and our other guests, unregistered guests are not permitted without express written permission from us.

We are close to restaurants, shopping, and a national park. Roam around the pond and wooded lot or sip coffee on your private porch.

We border Kennesaw Mountain National park so it's a quick drive over to the entrance for hiking and running trails.

Our space is open and cheerful. You may hear our friendly, sweet pooch named Wrigley who lives upstairs but she won't bother you during your stay.

Coffee, breakfast items, fresh filtered water, and snacks will be available in your room. Also, please let us know if you'd like to use the washer and dryer as you are welcomed to use that as well.

The kitchen is NOT equipped with a disposal so we ask that you please refrain from putting food waste in the sink drain. Please put any waste in the trash can.

Please drive around to park in the rear of the house, in front of the garage doors. I will text you a door code before you arrive if I am not on site to greet you.

I am a Realtor and have a flexible schedule, so I can usually respond to your requests quickly when you need assistance. Please feel free to text or call me for anything you'd like help with. If you need assistance immediately, please call me at the number on your reservation.

We don't wear our outside shoes in the house, so please remove your shoes when you arrive. We have slippers for your use if your tootsies get cold!

The sliding glass doors open to the porch and yard. Feel free to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful views or stroll around the pond.

The space comes stocked with coffee and continental breakfast items for a good start to your mornings.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 11pm -6:00am to ensure that all our guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Airbnb does not allow third-party bookings. If a different person than the one on the reservation arrives we can not allow them to stay for safety reasons. Please message us if you have a question on this policy.

This apartment offers its guests a terrace and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
