Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the tub.
Leave the thermostat at 78 degrees, heat, fan auto.
Check for personal belongings that may have been left behind. Sign out of personal accounts on apps (ie. Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No firearms are allowed on the premises. Please keep noise to a moderate level at all times. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Late check out available for a fee, must be pre-approved by host. It is any check out after 11:00am. Unapproved late check out is a $75/hr fee.
Do not damage/stain the towels provided. Do not use towels to remove makeup. Do not park on the lawn. No sitting, swinging or hanging on the railings.
