Unit B is accessed from the rear of the building, off Elizabeth Street. The rear parking area accommodates 2 vehicles (1 per unit). Entry is via a digital keypad code provided before check-in. The third bedroom is located just beyond the mezzanine lounge and includes a futon and a dedicated workspace, along with its own full bathroom for extra privacy and flexibility.

There are 2 total parking spaces on the property—one assigned per unit. Spaces are first come, first served. Smaller vehicles are encouraged to park on the right side of the driveway, in front of the fire pit.

Additional free street parking is available, but guests must provide the make, model, and license plate for any vehicle parked overnight on the street.
