Check in was fast and easy. What i didn't like was the parking fee that was unexpected. Was do you have to pay a fee to park in the parking lot of your own hotel? We love the free drink. It was very good and i dont like champagne.

The property itself was nice, however several things were problems. The elevator did not work. The television in our room did not work, and a technician never showed up to fix it, although we reported it right away and the manager told us the tech was on-site. Drinks at the bar were outrageously expensive and in the morning you had to pay $4 for a cup of coffee to bring back to your room. No in-room coffee service.

The hostility was amazing. The Front Desk Agent, Marquetta was amazing as well she enhanced our stay with her expectional professionalism and attention to detail.
