Overall the stay was good! I asked the cleaning service to come up on Saturday at 9 am before we left, got back at 2:30 pm and it still wasn’t cleaned nor restocked. So I called them again, the boy who answered was rude and said they would be there to clean it “by the end of the day” and couldn’t even give me an estimate of the time they’d come because they were “busy cleaning”…. So we left again around 3 We had to hunt down the cleaning people in the hallways just to get more rags! And by time we came back around 7:30-8 pm it STILL wasn’t cleaned so I didn’t bother calling again. That was very disappointing.

Location . Location.

This hotel is literally 2 min walk to Lenox mall. About 25 min walk to buckhead village and maybe 10-15 min walk if you feel daring enough to cross traffic and goto Phipps plaza. Very clean and spacious room. They have a cafe on the premises for a quick breakfast. We only stayed overnight but definitely would highly recommend.
