Overall the experience was pleasant. Some things to notate 1. The tv in our room didn’t work. ( I got it fixed) 2. Out of the 8 treadmills that were in the gym only one was operational 3. The shower heads were leaking, I tightened them myself None of these items are a huge deal but I’ve stayed in other westins where the attention to detail was better

Room was fine but the walls are thin so we could hear every laugh and beat of the music. Limited breakfast choices was a downside, and no cups to make any coffee or tea in the room was disappointing

Stay was great only giving 4 stars because they made be come down to get my own towel sets at 11 pm I called about 9:45 was told someone was on the way called back at 10:15 same thing I finally went down at 10:45 I was there with small children so ya know the inconvenience
