The room was great. But the lobby being under construction took away from the hotel experience quite a bit. It was disappointing, other people checking in at the same time, got room upgrades and accommodations for the inconveniences. lol

The room was nice as were receptionists, but I hate that I wasn’t able to use the spa, which was a large part of my reason for booking, due to construction. Also, it was very annoying to be woken up to hammering, drilling, and nails falling at 8am on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.

HORRIBLE!! If I could give it a zero stars I would. The whole place is under construction. Nothing works, dust everywhere… you cant sleep due to loud noices! Overall the worst experience ever.

There was construction day and night. Could hardly get any sleep. INSANE fees. The rooms were not ready upon arrival. Half of the amenities were unavailable. I will not be coming back. I was very inconvenienced.

We stayed 3 days for my birthday. Valet was always on point. Location is great to get anywhere. Less than a mile from arena as we attended Hawks game. Room service was great.

It was a completely different hotel from what’s showed online . Dirty . People hanging inside and out loud smoking weed etc. the room wasn’t up to par and really feel over priced. Room wasn’t anything like on the pictures and to top it someone decided to break my window breaking into my 2025 Tahoe . Entire weekend was horrible the moment I checked in . Rooms smell like weed.
