Gym was terrible ! Literally ALL the equipment was broken. Water was not filled , they have a water filter system in the hallway like a drinking fountain thing, but the filter was expired on that. No soap in our bathroom to wash hands and when I asked the front desk for some, they didn’t have any so gave me a body wash to use.

The room and hotel was nice. We chose this establishment due to having free breakfast. However, there was no milk for cereal, plates or bowls for your food. This was a huge inconvenience as you couldn’t eat breakfast without something to put your food on.

I was charged twice for one night. Tried calling the front desk but no one ever answered. The hotel looks nice outside looking in but once you check-in you realize just how terrible it really is. It’s outdated & has chipped, welted furniture. I cleaned everything from head to toe upon arrival just from looking at the unkept lobby at check-in. Never again!
