Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Complex amenities include an elevator, two outdoor swimming pools on the ocean side, a Junior Olympic size pool on the sound side, day dock, and tennis courts, for guest use as a thank you from the owner for staying.
