Located on the third floor, condo 303 is easily accessed by an elevator and offers a gorgeous oceanfront view. The spacious living room with a large flat-panel TV and DVD player provides comfortable seating for everyone. The living room also provides access to a glorious oceanfront balcony where you may want to do a little sunbathing!


The generously equipped and modern kitchen with granite countertops makes feeding the family a breeze. You can gather everyone around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy a long-needed family meal together or a morning on the oceanfront balcony with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Having three bedrooms and three baths means there is more than enough room for everyone. The grand principal bedroom offers the luxury of a king bed for a peaceful night's rest. You will also find a flat-panel TV and DVD player, private access to the oceanfront balcony, and a private bath. The family will be able to choose from two other bedrooms. One bedroom provides a queen bed and also provides private access to the hall bath. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a private full bath.
