This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat blends classic beach-house charm, offering the ideal setting for family vacations, group gatherings, or a relaxing escape by the sea. With wood-paneled walls throughout, the home exudes warmth and character, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Three of the five bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, providing added comfort and convenience for guests. The remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, making the home suitable for larger groups while still ensuring everyone has ample space to unwind.
The property boasts two living rooms—perfect for spreading out, enjoying movie nights, or hosting conversations after a day in the sun. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're cooking a big family breakfast or whipping up fresh seafood from a local market.
Step outside and enjoy the salty breeze on one of the home’s balconies or rinse off after the beach in the convenient outdoor shower. Best of all, beach access is just a short three-minute walk from the property, allowing you to be on the soft sand and at the water’s edge in moments.

Bed Configuration:
7 Queens, 2 Twins

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Family vacation

Lovely beach rental that accommodated our family well. Very spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would be nice to have shades at the windows for night time sleeping because when the sun is up so are the little ones and that can be very early for everyone;-) enjoyed the closeness to the beach, to the marina where we kept the boat, and everything else we wanted to do. Thank you for being a gracious host.

60th Birthday at Atlantic Beach

We own a small cottage on the same street as this listing. We rented it so family could come and help celebrate. The house was perfect. Lots of space , lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to the beach, just perfect!

Not just a summer destination

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and needed a location that could accommodate 9 adults in multiple bedrooms (not just beds) and had a good number of restrooms. This house is spacious with a number of casual seating areas to gather and enjoy each other's company. Enjoyed being just a short walk from the beach for early morning strolls.

Wonderful family stay

Great place for multiple families. Lots of places to sit and read or gather and play cards or games. Loved all the kitchen equipment. Well stocked. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just one house from beach access. Perfect for everyone! It was less than half mile from a few bars and restaurants!

Great house

This is the perfect house for children - the loft is perfect for the teens and the bedrooms are just right for the couples. Large kitchen so several can work there at the same time. The owner is responsive and I felt I could contact her at any time if we have problems - we didn't but I felt that I could have.

We have an extended family that has been vacationing in Atlantic Beach for more than 60 years and rent multiple houses. This was our first time staying here and we had a great time. Fabulous Family Gathering!

We rented this property for a family Thanksgiving gathering at the beach, and it did not disappoint! The house was so clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked that it is obvious that this family-owned home is treasured and loved. The house is exactly as depicted and described and was perfect for our family of 9, which included a teenager, grandparents, & in-laws. The owners were friendly and super communicative. The house was exceptionally clean. I have never stayed in a house that was so well stocked. Location was excellent. Short walk to the beach. We went with our 3 children, our dog, my mom, and my in-laws. It was so nice to have the extra living space and the kids LOVED the loft.

Perfect 3rd story sleeping loft with 3 full, 2 twins, full bath, half bath, and lots of potential for fun! Second level has thee bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer&dryer, comfy sectional with tv, and balcony. Main floor is very large and open with a large living area at the front near the balcony, large dining table, super kitchen with extended granite counter with 5 stools, cozy sitting area, and another bedroom with a full bathroom. This all worked perfectly for grandparents, children & spouses, and grandchildren! Very happy place! Easily accommodates 8 adults and 5-8 children. Wonderful!

Fabulous Location & Place to Stay

This was an absolutely perfect spot for our family to stay. There was enough space for everyone to gather together, but also plenty of spots for people to have time to themselves. Having so many bedrooms with attached bathrooms was ideal. You can't beat the walk across the street to beach access as well as short walk to restaurants/bars. Carolyn was great to work with and made communication very easy! We look forward to making this a regular spot for us to stay at!
