This newly renovated first-floor condo offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and beachside warmth. The private Master Bedroom suite is a retreat within a retreat, complete with a spacious bath boasting a garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks.

As you step into the living room, dining area, and kitchen with breakfast bar, you'll notice the thoughtful upgrades – tiled floors on the diagonal, granite kitchen counter, plantation shutters, an electric fireplace, water softener, crown molding, and charming details like bead board and mirrored ceilings in the hallway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Your SAFETY and security is a priority at Ocean Club.  Dedicated resort security is provided.   

Stocked kitchen, family games in living room. 

Portable crib is provided.  

Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.

FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bike.  

STAIRS: There are ~30 steep stairs with handrails to access the beach

No security deposit is required.

HOUSE - things to know

No EVENTS, parties or large gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;

MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels provided for 6 people. 

NO PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.
