Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This condo is located on the first floor with a courtyard view, offering all the comforts of home! With plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV or watch DVDs with ease. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet), a dining table for four, and additional seating at the counter.


The primary bedroom features a TV, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. Additional amenities include a second bedroom, a second full bathroom, a sleeper sofa, and free WiFi throughout the condo.
