Beautifully updated oceanfront condo with a pool

Beautifully appointed oceanfront condo for the perfect family vacation.

The fully stocked kitchen has quartz countertops and new stainless appliances, and is open to a dining area and living room with beach and ocean views. The living room has a smart TV and ceiling fan, as well as a wet bar with bar sink and an under counter ice maker, convenient for stocking your coolers for a day on the beach or boat. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, oceanfront screened porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen bed. Directly outside this room you will find a full bathroom with bathtub shower combo. The third bedroom has a bunkbed and a twin with ensuite half bath. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have ceiling fans, and each bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. A private entryway screened porch provides a place to store your beach toys and other beach items. Located inside the screen porch area is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

An elevator with luggage rack and shopping carts are available to help with moving in.
Onsite there are four communal pools, grilling areas and private beach access with showers and oceanfront gazebo. Right across the street is the day dock with boat slips on Bogue Sound as well as boat trailer parking. There's a public boat launch a mile away.

Linens and bath towels are provided.

Beach towels, paper products, etc. are not provided. Note- sheets for the bunkbed will not be on prior to arrival.

Self check-in and self check-out.

We would appreciate if guests would remove shoes at the front door, as sand from the beach lingers in. Please rinse sandy swimsuits outside not to cause damage to interior plumbing.

There are several local restaurants, AB splash pad/mini golf, grocery store, and Fort Macon close by. The NC Aquarium is in Pine Knoll Shores a short drive away.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Coral Bay Shopping Center. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Ladies time

Five of us ladies from SC came here for the NC Shell Show. We had a great time and were so pleased with the facilities! Everything we needed was here. The area is very nice and we were right on the beach. Grocery store and restaurants were close by and the price was reasonable! I would stay here again for sure!

1st Family Beach Vacation Weekend

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful condo with all the conveniences of home. It was a great getaway. My granddaughters loved the pools and the beach. Booking, arrival, and check-out were seamless and made it feel like we were actually visiting our own beach home. It was Great!

Labor Day Beach Trip

Wonderful stay - this is our second trip to Ned’s unit this year. It was super easy to get in and out, instructions were clear and Ned is extremely responsive. This condo is wonderfully decorated and was the cleanest rental I’ve entered in a very long time.

One of the best rentable units at this development. We couldn't have been more pleased with the furnishings--comfortable places to sit, good kitchen and comfortable beds. Another great Dunnescape Villa.

The property was just as described. Very nicely updated and view was outstanding. The one thing I would suggest is that blinds or some type of window covering be installed for the doors leading to the porch. The unit is directly over the pool, and being able to shut that out would be nice.

This condo is beautiful, clean and so well stocked with amenities. Plenty of linens, extra blankets, bathroom soaps, etc. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the mini ice maker made delicious ice, the kitchen is a dream to be in. Highly recommend, we'll definitely come back here!

The mattresses need to be replaced in all the bedrooms. The king mattress was extremely hard and both sides were sunken. It felt like you were laying in a hole and it was very uncomfortable for someone with back issues.

Spectacular Stay

This property was EXACTLY as advertised. Newly refurbished, nice amenities, clean, very convenient to a spectacular beach. The pool was clean and well-maintained, as were all public areas. We had plenty of room and best of all, our communication with the owner was always pleasant, hugely timely and helpful. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
