(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Renovations - loud all day every day

I wish we were informed about the renovations ahead of our stay or at booking as I would not have booked. The unit was nice, perfect size, beautiful views. It was clean. But, the awaken every day at 8:20 by loud lift thing and whatever other machines they had going all day everyday was wuite annoying. Thought I’d be able t stay up late with my teens and sleep in but that was not the case. So we left a day early to come home and rest before spring break is over.
