Summer Winds C-325 is 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Oceanfront Condo that sleeps 8.

Great room with living, dining, kitchen, and half bath affording ocean and pool views from inside as well as on the covered balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, private bath, & deck access.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Central Heat & Air. 5 flat panel TVs including 2 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps. Interior Washer/Dryer. Refrigerator with attached ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave. Private Covered Balcony.

Complex has Elevators, Wireless Internet, Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grill Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly Stays.

Rents weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at this condo.

This Atlantic Beach condo is smoke free.
