This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction, first floor unit features four bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two baths, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV and surround sound. The upstairs unit is also part of the JiLLy’s stay group and is available for booking as is the whole home (both units).

The Space:
COMPLETELY RENOVATED
The Fry Guy Hideaway has been completely renovated in 2024 with all new paint, flooring and decor.

PLENTY OF SPACE & AMENITIES
Enjoy the experience of a private, gated side yard, large, gated porch, private outdoor shower and four complimentary beach chairs, board games, and toys to enjoy during your vacation. Enjoy the outdoor play area and large furnished porch. This property has so many ways to enjoy the sunshine and salt air… whether you’re searching for a spot of solace, or open-air space to hang with friends.

FIRST LEVEL
The open layout dining room has seating for six for family meals or game nights. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to kick back and relax, a Smart TV with surround sound, and a gas fireplace.
The bright, open kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.

SECOND LEVEL
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity sink and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and finally, the fourth bedroom has one bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), and a twin trundle bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub and comes stocked with essentials.

Guest Access:
Access is easy with smart door locks. Simply share your unique code given a check in (last four digits of booking guest's cell phone) with everyone in your group. No fussing with keys.

The Neighborhood:
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Getting Around:
Getting around Ocean City is super easy. Walk, bike ride, jitney, or easily drive to anywhere on the island within just a few minutes. No need to worry about parking as there are 3 off street parking spaces.

House was very nice, spacious and great location to walk to boardwalk or to Asbury Street, where you will find shopping and find places to eat. You will hear the people on third floor moving around. Everything was great. From the start we had a great response. We noticed that the bunk beds were really loose. I called up and they had a maintenance man come out with in the hour. Great service. Super location. You can literally park your car and you are able to walk to everything. Would definitely book again.

Nice Vacation Home, Nice Owner

The house was as advertised, spacious, clean, updated. • Having 3 parking spots available around back was very nice. • The ease of electronic locks made it simple not having to carry/share keys. • The AC worked great and was a respite to the heat. • Each bedroom had its own TV. • The welcome basket with Jilly's swag was a nice touch and the use of 4 beach tags was a big plus. • The distance to the boards and the beach was easily walkable. Jody was easy to get a hold of by phone. He immediately answered questions and helped sort out some tv questions. We chatted a bit when he stopped by. Good guy :) Because we were on the first floor, there were times when the upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around, but that's to be expected. Reading other reviews regarding the sparse kitchen, while it's not your kitchen at home, you can make it work. Really enjoyed a relaxing vacation.

Location was great. Never moved the car. Only “nits” were lack of full drawer of knives, forks, etc. for number of occupants. And… garbage disposal was jammed. Neither took away from a great experience. Earlier reviews with comments about young neighbors making noise never occurred.

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

We LOVED this house! We chose to spend my mom’s birthday in OCNJ with my siblings and a few of my mom’s close friends. With a rainy weekend, the covered porch was perfect to sit outside at the table together. Stef was a great help making sure we were all settled when we checked in. It had enough space for all of us and being on central ave was a great close location to everything. We hope we can return again soon!!

We had a great time in ocean city this week!! The property was spacious and nice! GREAT location for us with 2 small kids and mostly clean. We were able to check in early which was amazing since we got in early to enjoy a beach day. Would have been just about perfect except for the neighbors. Next door appears to be a house which is broken up into smaller apartments with long term rentals. Mostly young people who spent their evenings hanging out in the courtyard just outside the master bedroom window. Initially I thought the music until 130-2 am was just due to the Labor Day holiday and didn’t mind one night. but unfortunately music, talking loudly outside our window continued each night as late as 230 am. Mostly affects the master bedroom. Definitely made the week less relaxing. Not what I’m used to as a lifelong ocean city vacationer. Overall host was great and obviously he can’t control this but something to think about if you have small children

Family vacation with young adults

Our stay was very nice. Communication with Jody was great. The kitchen is a bit sparse on pans, but we made due. Don’t plan to make anything large in quantity unless you bring your own pans. We didn’t expect the beach passes or the beach wagon so that was a pleasant surprise. Getting to the beach was easy! The front porch is great! Great location. Updates are coming and this rental will be even greater! We had a fabulous time!

Overall nice experience owner was readily available . You do have to bring “Everything” for the kitchen including all spices . There was not even a potholder to be found . Condo was mostly clean other than a few items left behind from previous guest under beds and dressers .
