This charming rancher features a large kitchen plus separate dining room, spacious living room plus a family room with fireplace and murphy bed. Three bedrooms with one Queen,. one 2 twin, one single queen. Large laundry room leading out to the fenced in private back yard with an enclosed outside shower, table and chairs plus gas and charcoal grills.
The house also features a front porch great for resting after a fun filled day. Located in "A" zone just one lock to Bay and 2 blocks to a beautiful, spacious beach, walk to uptown, 2 blocks.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Absecon Wildlife Management Area. A kitchen and a fireplace are available in the vacation home.
