Non smoking room and my room smelled like ashtray. For me to change my room I would have had to wait over an hour only 1 person at the check in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel they seem to be going out of business

Check in counter was damaged - escalator was broken and being repaired for our stay - room cleanliness was below average - someone’s hair on the windowsill - someone’s contact on the bathroom floor - issues with computer system when checking in - had to move between multiple computers to check in Casino was in good shape. Restaurants were a plus

Room was nice and warm, staff was helpful. Casino was nice with helpful staff. Ate at the Johnny Rockets there and the waitress was awesome! Restaurants and Dunkin’ on site made the stay even better. Boardwalk was right out the door and beach front! Will stay again!

Started off poor. Took over an hour to check in because there was only 1 person working behind the desk. Kiosk to check in didnt even work right and made us go back in line to complete with the front desk. Pillows and sheets were yellow and smelled like cigarettes. There was gum stuck underneath some of the tables and slots. Only highlight was the carousel bar and the workers there. It is a budget hotel for a reason, you get what you pay for

Everything was nice. I was however a little disappointed that the Dennis tower was not open and that the spa was only open for the weekend. Which doesn’t make sense to charge a deposit if you do not have access to it. Overall, Bally’s is great! I hope they get the dj’s and bands back to the yard and carousel.
