2nd trip and idk what happened this time

I’ve stayed our Ballys before, and the experience wasn’t bad, but for some reason this time I feel like things were done out of spite. We found a dirty towel with hair in our room once we checked in, we brought it to the “supervisor” of housekeeping. She said she was going to send somebody to “bleach the bathroom” no one came to do that. There wasn’t any housekeeping for the three nights that we were there and on Tuesday, we didn’t get towels or toilet tissue until 10pm after first asking at 6pm

The boardwalk right outside the hotel had plenty of lighting especially late at night so you can go outside the hotel in the night air and still feel safe

Overall, I had an amazing trip. It was just certain flaws that I didn’t appreciate during the hotels day. I wish that things were a little bit better but other than that, the hotels is very clean. I had lots of fun with the activities that are around to get to I wish they had more dining options and more cheaper options for as fast stuff to grab to eat. I wish they had more activities to do with the hotel but overall it was a great day, I stay at this one again I’m not sure
