We me and my sister was in the Bally's Tower 36th floor which is a smoking rooms and it stunk horribly of weed and it came thru the vents and going out of the door was extremely terrible of the smell and the hotel room occupants in the others rooms were laughing and smoking weed all night long outside of the rooms. There were bed bugs on our beds and cockeroaches on the top of the coffee pot and coffee pods. The room that was presented to us was extremelty wrong and the one that was presnted to us in the picture was a removated room and we did not have a renovated room. We had to change rooms and called the front door for the cockeroaches for maintenance and never came went down 2:00 AM in the mornng pajamas and all to switch to the 41st floor in Bally' Tower that was removated and was better thant he other room. We tried to stay an additonal night we left on that day in the afternoon but, they said all was booked and Ramon took care of us. Bums thoughout the casino floor napping and dirty people all around us. No sercurity guard to check out key cards before heading rto the elevators to the room thouhg there was a stand there and everytime there was no security guard at any hour. I am extremely extremelty disappointed of our experience at Bally's and we will never ever return to this casino at all.

For a Casino hotel it was awful! The bed was uncomfortable, the vents were filthy, the chair to the table was too low for you to sit and eat, the water in the shower did'nt get super hot, they have 2 options for food! The casino was small but I did jackpot !
The chair is so low you can not sit and eat and I am 5'10.
The furniture had wear and tear.

Couldn’t get a hold of any attendance no breakfast for the morning for the next morning just for the hotel room itself was nice but the service was terrible. no Breakfast couldn’t find a decent restaurant to eat and eat in or around the hotel my experience of my first time was unhappy and getting charged twice
