When i checked out, i asked if i needed anything for the parking garage,she told me to just tell them i stayed at the hotel and it would only be10.00, but the attendant told me they wouldn't say that and told me he needed proof as i was trying to bring up my email, he yelled at me to give 10.00 and to never do that again. I will never stay at Bally's again. Plus the room wasn't very clean, lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Only one plug to use for charging your phone.

Terrible Room Condition for $300

Worst experience for $300 room for overnight. Besides booking on line and paying $253 I was charged total $59 including taxes for Resort Fee. Totally dissatisfied o was out for a while at Event notice the disappointment of the Room once returned called front desk continuously no answer. Waiting in line for a longtime with 2 Reservationist. The VIP line kept going ahead of everyone else even though they just walked up after we have been there for a while prior. I explained the condition of my room showed pictures. Front Desk Responded caring and concerned she made a note on my account. I ran into Housekeeping on my floo Showed them the room and pictures they were not happy about it saying they will have to report it to the Supervisor meanwhile this was 2:40 am. House keeping changed the bedding. I had to check out couple hours later early in the am to drive close to 2 hours for an upcoming planned event.I had no sleep at all because of bad condition of the room. Uncomfortable experience unable to rest. I asked to speak to manger/ Supervisor to request a full refund. I was told that I had to report the room to Housekeeping first. Which was done prior. My name was taking was told Steve would be calling me no response. I’m an requesting a Full Refund from Bally Hotel Casino Atlantic City please. Your time Is greatly appreciated

Self parking garage is only for small vehicles as it was a 6’4 clearance. You can’t park a pick up truck in it. Valet said they would park it for a “fee, that was negotiable between them and you. Otherwise, park it on the street.
