Rented two rooms way in advance of this trip was was told we couldn’t get them on the same floor because we booked with a 3rd party site so there was nothing the hotel could do to help us. No hot water for showers and then in room safe didn’t work.

The front desk staff was amazing Kayla took the time to get rooms next to one another since I was traveling with a friend. It made it so much easier to accommodate our activities. Even though it was one of the older rooms it was clean. Housekeeping asked if I needed anything and made sure I had enough towel, shampoo and lotions.

This was by far one of the worst stays at Ballys. The hotel lobby was freezing all weekend you needed to have your coat to sit at the bar. The room was dirty and smelled terrible. Will not be staying here again.

I went with the Ballys tower room because it looked updated from the photo. That was definitely not the case. It was extremely dated and furniture was all beat up.
