We love staying at Biscayne Suits. It is such a great location. Easy walk to shopping, boardwalk and beach. Walkable to restaurants too!

The place is a little outdated but who goes to the beach for fancy hotel right? It was super convenient, comes with parking, couple blocks from the beach, AND to top it off, comes with beach tags! The staff was friendly and check in and check out was super simple!

Biscayne hotel

Comfort of the bed was ok, both the regular bed and the pull out bed. But very clean and was great service. Everyone was very nice there. Location was convenient to the broadwalk and to the downtown area of shopping.

We liked the room—it was clean, spacious, and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. However, there are two important points I'd like to mention: The front desk staff were not pleasant or friendly. They seemed annoyed when we asked questions, which made the experience less welcoming. The pool should open earlier than 10 a.m. A more reasonable time would be around 8 a.m., especially for guests who enjoy a morning swim.

We always enjoy staying at Biscayne Suites. We first stayed there two years ago, but last year opted for rehoboth beach. A little while after we had been home from the rehoboth vacation, my significant other and I had a conversation on where we should go on vacation this year. I mentioned we should go back to Ocean City, and stay at Biscayne Suites again. We paid just about the same amount of money for our hotel at Rehoboth as we did at Biscayne, however, Biscayne offered an entire suite whereas the place we stayed in rehoboth only offered a room. We always loved the view we got too because we were blessed with suites facing the street. We will continue to book vacations at Biscayne Suites as long as we can. Thank you everyone from the people at the front desk, to the maids who cleaned our suite every day. You all are great people, very friendly, and welcoming!

Friendly staff pretty good location a few blocks from the beach. Our unit had a lot of outdated wicker furniture that needed to be replaced. Bed was fair kind of mushy. Unit did have a nice private porch shich was nice to use. Ac sounded like truck very noisy when going off and on during the nite. Overall was clean and rooftop pool was nice.parking was underneath and away from the sun a plus. Overall good place

Our unit was newly renovated and very spacious. Even the pull out couch was comfortable! They also provided some dish soap and a sponge so we could wash our water bottles out. Close to boardwalk and nice pool, although they could benefit from some shade/umbrellas around it. Staff was very friendly. Recommend.

The room was nice and clean. Parking was very tight. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was within walking distance. The only downside was the view. The one side of the hotel faces an alley, other rentals and city view.
