Enjoyed our stay at Biscayne. Room was clean. Housekeeping refreshed our room while we were out for the day. We didn’t get the chance to try the heated pool. Hotel is not far from the boardwalk. It was nice that there was onsite parking however the spaces are very small.

Comfortable and clean

Close to the beach. Heated pool, picnic area, clean comfortable rooms with everything you need for an extended stay. Just bring food and clothing.

Very nice location between shops on Asbury and the board walk. Near the happenings but not center stage. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. Great place to stay.

What is unique about this property is that each guest suite is 525 square feet in size and has full kitchen facilities and utensils. The hotel staff was delightful!

Our hotel was great except for check-in. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready. That's acceptable, but the woman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating and she never called us to let us know that our room was ready. Finally, I went back in just before 3:00 and she said I forgot to call you.
